There's no good reason for drugs, especially marijuana, to be illegal, other than to fight some war so the U.S. can form bullshit alliances with various governments around the world for some dopey (no pun intended) foreign policy strategy. We'd rather prop up bullshit governments and get them on the government dole instead of doing something to help our own.
