If they don’t approve the single payer option (the only viable one out there) and if they don’t have the balls to stand up to the medical industry and the food industry – just like they didn’t have the balls to really stand up to the financial shysters – they should all be sent to Guantanamo and given an orange jumpsuit for life.

He's going to cave in on the public option just to get bipartisan support for something, anything. More than on anything else, as far as I'm concerned, this will start the long slow death of his presidency. I hope I'm wrong, I hope he fights for this and says, "Fuck the GOP!
